How it Works

1. Site visit - The project manager visits the client and goes over the project details and discusses the desired scope
2. Proposal - We send a proposal to the client that lays out the scope of work and pricing. We work with the client on as many revisions as they need until it's fine-tuned to their desired scope
3. Contract - the contract is signed
4. Pre-construction and materials - here, we assist the client with connecting them to our architect and structural engineer for plans if needed and obtaining permits. We also are available to assist the client in picking out their materials and layouts or connect them with one of our designers if they require additional help
5. Construction - this is pretty much similar to the #4 on the NYKB website. Attached is a doc we give to out clients so they can better understand the construction stage of our process for reference
